During my time at P.F Changs, I worked 60 Hours a week for what seemed like very minimal pay. You get a percentage of the tip out from the servers but you would be far more productive using those hours to work elsewhere.People here are confusing “popular” with “well-regarded.”. Places like PF Chang’s and Olive Garden won’t win awards and won’t get praise from foodies, but they are objectively popular, i.e. lots of people like going there. Call one on a Saturday night, and there will be a 45-minute wait, and much longer on a holiday. 26..
